Sizing Guide
The posture cueing effect depends on fit. If it’s too loose through the shoulders and upper back, it can feel like “just a sports bra.” This guide helps you find the right size the first time.

How it should fit
- Band: secure and stable without rolling or digging.
- Shoulders + back: snug to the skin so the posture panel can cue alignment.
- Overall feel: supportive and comfortable, not tight like a brace.
Sizing tips
- If you try it on and it feels “normal” (no cueing), you may need to size down for a snugger back/shoulder fit.
- If you’re between cup sizes or want more coverage, consider sizing up within your band.

Tip: If you’re between band sizes and want a snug feel, choose the smaller band. Between cup sizes or fuller on top? Choose the larger size.

- If you’re between sizes, consider the larger size for more front coverage, and the smaller size for stronger cueing.
- If you’re fuller busted and want help choosing, send your measurements and we’ll guide you.
Note: We’re actively expanding sizing based on customer feedback. If you’re waiting on fuller-bust options, we’d still love your measurements so we can build the right next sizes.

Tip: If you want a snug feel for stronger cueing, choose the smaller band. If you’re fuller in the cup, choose the larger size.
