Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within 24 hours. During peak times or product launches, there may be a slight delay—but we’ll keep you updated every step of the way.

Shipping Rates & Times

We currently ship within the United States, with plans to expand soon. 

      Standard Shipping (3–7 business days) – Free!

Orders ship via USPS, UPS, or another trusted carrier, depending on your location. 

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking info. If you don’t see it, be sure to check your spam or promotions folder.

Delivery Issues

If your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, contact us at support@pipperly.com and we’ll work with you to make it right.
