Refund policy
We want you to love your Pipperly purchase—and we stand behind every product we make. If something isn’t quite right, here’s how we handle returns and exchanges:
Returns
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible, items must be unworn and unwashed (other than initial try-on), in original condition and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
To start a return, email us at support@pipperly.com. Once approved, we’ll send you a prepaid return label and instructions for sending your item back. Once a return label is issued, please drop your package in the mail within 14 days. Labels not used within that period may affect your refund. Refunds are processed after the item is received and inspected. Please don’t send items without contacting us first—they won’t be accepted.
Exchanges
Need a different size? We offer free exchanges on first-time purchases—because getting the right fit matters.
For all other exchanges, simply return the original item (per the steps above), and place a new order once your return is processed.
Damages & Order Issues
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us right away at support@pipperly.com so we can make it right.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you of the refund approval. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note: It may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.

European Union Orders
If you’re located in the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days—no reason required. The item must be in original, unworn condition with tags and proof of purchase.
