Sizing Guide

The posture cueing effect depends on fit. If it’s too loose through the shoulders and upper back, it can feel like “just a sports bra.” This guide helps you find the right size the first time.

Quick fit check: You should feel gentle, even contact across the shoulders + upper back. Not digging. Not bracing. Just present.
Between sizes? If you want a snug feel for stronger cueing, choose the smaller band. If you’re fuller in the cup, consider a “+” full cup size for more cup room without sizing up in the band.

How it should fit

  • Band: secure and stable without rolling or digging.
  • Shoulders + back: snug to the skin so the posture panel can cue alignment.
  • Overall feel: supportive and comfortable, not tight like a brace.

Sizing tips

  • If you try it on and it feels “normal” (no cueing), you may need to size down for a snugger back/shoulder fit.
  • If you’re fuller in the cup or want more coverage without sizing up in the band, consider one of our full cup or “+” sizes.
  • Still unsure? Send us your underbust + bust and we’ll do a quick fit check.

Our "full" or "+" sizes are designed to provide additional cup volume without increasing band size.
